about

alvin@resoso ~ % --about 01 / about ↑ top

I'm an engineer who moved into Agile delivery and stuck with it. I started in electronics and embedded software, working across telecommunications and product development before I realized I was better at helping teams ship than at writing the shipping code myself.

These days my work spans Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Release Train Engineer responsibilities, along with stepping into Product Owner responsibilities when needed. Most of it comes down to connecting backlog priorities, delivery risks, and cross-functional teams so that strategy actually ships.

My engineering background still shapes how I work. I stay close to the technical side through CI/CD, quality assurance, and the occasional electronics project. That grounding lets me engage engineers and stakeholders on the substance of a decision, not just the process around it. More recently I've been building AI-enabled tools and experimenting with AI-assisted development, because it genuinely changes how I solve problems, learn new technologies, and deliver software.
