I started in software engineering and gradually realized the most interesting problems weren't in the code — they were in how teams decide, prioritize, and deliver. So I made the jump into Agile delivery leadership, and I've been there ever since.

Today I work as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Project Manager — sometimes all in one quarter. My engineering background means I can sit with a team in the weeds and still zoom out to the roadmap with leadership.

I believe process should be invisible when it's working. My job is to remove friction, protect focus, and make the next right thing obvious — then get out of the way.

Scaling 3 → 7

Scaling an Agile Release Train without losing the plot

Context A growing program outpaced its original 3-team setup; planning was chaotic, dependencies surfaced late.
What I did Restructured the ART, introduced a dependency board and a lighter PI Planning format, coached new SMs.
Outcome Scaled to 7 teams with predictable PIs and far fewer surprise blockers.
Flow & Predictability −40%

Cutting release cycle time on a stuck team

Context A team was busy but slow — lots of WIP, little finished, frustrated stakeholders.
What I did Set WIP limits, made the board honest, ran focused retros on the biggest sources of delay.
Outcome Cycle time dropped ~40% and the team started hitting commitments again.
Turnaround rescued

Bringing a slipping project back on track

Context A high-visibility initiative was drifting; scope was fuzzy and leadership had lost confidence.
What I did Re-baselined scope, set a clear cadence of demos, rebuilt a transparent reporting rhythm.
Outcome Delivered the committed milestone and restored trust with leadership.
